REFUND POLICY
1. Overview
BookMyTicket.site is an affiliate platform. We do not sell tickets directly, process ticket payments, or hold ticket inventory. All ticket purchases you make are completed on Ticketmaster’s platform (or another linked ticketing partner) once you leave our Site. As a result, all refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed entirely by the ticketing partner’s refund policy — not by BookMyTicket.site.
2. How Refunds Work
- Once you click through from BookMyTicket.site and complete a purchase, your transaction, order confirmation, and any refund eligibility are handled directly by Ticketmaster.
- Refer to the confirmation email you receive from Ticketmaster after checkout — it will include the specific refund/exchange terms for that event.
- Ticketmaster’s general policy typically allows refunds only in specific circumstances (e.g., event cancellation), and many tickets are marked “all sales final.” Always check the listing details before purchasing.
3. Event Cancellations & Postponements
- If an event is cancelled, the ticketing partner will typically notify buyers directly with refund instructions.
- If an event is postponed or rescheduled, existing tickets are usually still valid for the new date, but refund eligibility varies by event and venue policy.
- BookMyTicket.site will make reasonable efforts to update event status on our Site, but the official notice always comes from the ticketing partner.
4. Our Role in the Refund Process
While we cannot issue refunds ourselves, we can:
- Help you locate the correct Ticketmaster support channel for your order
- Provide guidance on where to check your order/refund status
- Escalate unresolved issues where possible, as a courtesy
We cannot:
- Directly refund, cancel, or modify any completed ticket order
- Guarantee a specific refund outcome, since this depends on the ticketing partner’s policies and the event organizer’s decisions
5. Service/Convenience Fees
Any service fees, delivery fees, or convenience fees charged at checkout are set and collected by the ticketing partner and are typically non-refundable, even if the ticket itself is refunded — check your order confirmation for details.
6. How to Request a Refund
- Locate your order confirmation email from Ticketmaster.
- Visit Ticketmaster’s official support/help center and reference your order number.
- If you need help finding the right page or process, contact our support team and we’ll point you in the right direction.
